The parents themselves are uneducated and hence may not know the importance of education and nutrition.  

A lack of nutritive food leads to many health issues, some of which can affect the limbs and the brain. As a result, the physical growth of children is stunted, and learning capability decreases. This causes the children to develop an inferiority complex and instead of aiming high, they become petty criminals.  

There are many ways to solve this problem:

Spread awareness among the workers- All we need to do is speak to our domestic helpers regularly, and encourage them to educate their children. Make them understand the importance of education.

Support them- Support the domestic helpers in getting their children educated. Give them your old, unused stationery, old books, half-used notebooks and create interest in studies.  

Channelise your charity- Instead of donating tons of money at places of worship (where you don't know what they will do with the money), use the same money to buy school items for the poor.

Share information- The government has many free health and academic campaigns. Since you are a digitally aware citizen, you can easily keep a track of free health campaigns and scholarships for the poor. You can convey this information to the helpers so that they can use it as an opportunity to improve their own lives.  

Do remember, that we are all the same. The only difference is that we are luckily born in a family that is comparatively much better off economically than the poor, and so it is our duty to help the underprivileged in our own small ways.

(2) After the helicopter set the goats down, veterinarians examined and tagged them. (3) A truck then transported the goats 180 miles away to North Cascades National Park. (4) Once there, helicopters again lifted the goats, this time in crates, into the mountains to be set free. (5) In this way, wildlife officials caught 114 goats in the first phase of the Mountain Goat Management Plan, but they ultimately will have relocated 90 percent of the 700 goats from the Olympics to the North Cascades. (6) This removal process may be complicated, but it is necessary.

(7) Park officials cited several reasons why the goats had to go. (8) First, goats are not indigenous to the region; the area began to be advertised as a vacation destination in the early twentieth century.
